It doesnt matter anymore what we think of Skocic. The World Cup is 5-6 months away. Its too late to find a better coach, and for that person to acclimatisized to Iranian football and players. Dont mention CQ. He had his time, and he is not coming back.
So we have passed the point of no return. Scocic will be our coach. He deserves some recognition for saving us in the previous round of qualifiers, and then winning this round.
That being said, I dont believe he will be able to work in any miracles in world cup.

and will take us to the wc, and i asked
for omid ebrahimi to get to playing time.

0, so i had patience for him knowing his resume

Kateb jan, either you are result oriented or you are not. Either you are stat oriented or you are not? You can't pick or choose when it suits you. I am certain that under Skocic, we had the easiest qualifying ever, better and easier that 2018. I am sure we had more attempted shots than 2018 I am sure we had more shots on goal than 2018. And I am certain we scored more goals than 2018. For the sake of completeness and fairness, in 2018, we only conceded 2 goals and in 2022 we conceded 4 goals. Price you have to pay for being more offensive.

You picked one Lebanon game to go from being a Skocic fan to anti Skocic... A game where Iran won!!! And you don't believe in "ball was flat", or "too much oxygen by the beach", etc... What was your reaction when CQ LOST to Lebanon in 2014 WC qualifiers? Did you want to immediately hang him?

I should not have asked for your poetic response as I could not follow some parts of your response. But, in general, it sounds like you were not happy with the performance of the team in that game and you felt we should have been more dominating.
I would ask that you consider the following facts:
1) Taremi was not playing. We did not have much time to practice 4-2-3-1 system with Azmoun on top and Jahanbakhsh, Ghoddos and Gholizadeh behind him. So we were actually not playing 4-4-2 khati...
2) It was played in a stadium right on the beach and players had to deal with 40 mph wind during the game. As a matter of fact, that wind is how they ended up scoring. The beautiful soccer that we all love to see is much harder in those conditions.
3) Their goal was their only shot on our goal, where Beiro and our defense turned off thinking that the ball was going out but wind kept it in... Really not a coaching mistake.
4) Lebanon had 4 shots with 1 on goal, we had 21 shots with 5 on goal, which I consider pretty dominating. We also had 73% possession compared to their 23%.
5) South Korea only beat Lebanon 1-0 in both matches, we beat them 2-1 and 2-0. Korea also has some decent offensive players. Point being Lebanon parks the bus and don't concede many goals. "Lebanon holes" that you refer to does not exist when a team is parking the bus as can be seen by korean results.
6) All goals ever scored in soccer is because of a defensive mistake. No one can ever score if defense does not make a mistake.
So in conclusion, with your permission, I would like to borrow your style of writing:

You and I both know CQ would GO TO THE MAT for TM if the prep was bad. We already saw that happen twice.

Exactly. He is a great assistant. Not a very good head coach. His record speaks for itself. "closest ever" and "incredible performances" are not considered results and are just vague words and mainly based on your belief that Iran should lose by 3 goals against these teams. It is not based in reality. Reality is Iran losing by 3 goals is a calamity. Again this whole idea about CQ greatness and great performance is based on Iran being a goal fodder. It is sad when fans lower their team to elevate a failed coach and at best a 60% coach.
