Rumor has it AFC/FIFA may consider appointing Transitional committee for a while.
This has nothing to do with TM at WC.

    FIFA Statute

8 Conduct of bodies, offi cials and others
    1. All bodies and offi cials must observe the Statutes, regulations, decisions and Code of Ethics of FIFA in their activities.

    2. Executive bodies of member associations may under exceptional circumstances be removed from offi ce by the Council in consultation with the relevant confederation and replaced by a normalisation committee for a specifi c period of time.

3.Every person and organisation involved in the game of football is obliged to observe the Statutes and regulations of FIFA as well as the principles of fair play.
    Good explanation.

Especially the point about TM itself not being at risk.
I hope our idiot reporters and social media animals realize this.

      Tasnim version of FIFA/AFC letter

        ِ

Emphasis for now is the Weakest link Women Issues.
FIFA /AFC received numerous reports regarding fiasco in Mashhad and mistreatments of women.
IFF, SM, Judiciary, Parliment... all promised prompt investigation and resolution. Nothing happened and FIFA intervened.

Iran in the past promised FIFA will resolve restrictions for Women attending stadiums but only acted upon it for limited TM games not PGL games.

Problems won't go away and IF Iranian unable to fix it FIFA/AFC has leverage to force Iran to fix it.

Officials in charge not only has no expertise, know how but lack dignity and patriotism

Like many common sense issues in Iran, the officials in charge have tunnel vision and a habit of being contrarian for no reason other than they like to be a**holes.

tabriz and esfehan and major big cities that have a team in the league
              will do it.

              question IS
              IN LEAGUE 1
              when
nookhodkara mahshaher play LUBIA pazan ardebil
              will women be allowed?

Is this like the Safaei Farahani situation in late 2006? Is something similar going to happen?

                  Dadkan was 2006.
And no; judging by the letter fifa is still saying the federation has time to fix all this.

You are right this is not article 8 sec 2 for transition committee yet.
                    Pending issues:

                    1-General assembly & fair play
                    2-Election ( process & integrity)
3-Women issue ( Workshop with FIFA & AFC)
                    4-Statute amendment of article one.

As Usual GA & Election will be messy & full of controversies
Workshop is very tricky and it is a clever FIFA tactic to dictate terms indirectly since restrictions are by Gov and not IFF.
Amendment of Statute is with Parliament and not in control of IFF

If they won't allow Women then they should not allow men

Officials used the excuse of not being ready to accommodate women in Mashhad (separate entrances/exits, bathrooms, etc. ), they don't have that excuse for Azadi since they have already had women attending TM matches and Perspolis ACL return final match several years ago with no issues. The excuse by the way tells you the depth of anti-women attitudes in IR. Imam Reza stadium is fairly new so they did not even make separate bathrooms for women thinking they will never allow women in the stadium? Hitler and third reich also thought they will be in power for a thousand years. Disclaimer: IR is not exactly like Hitler yet the analogy of ideological regimes thinking they will be there "forever" still works.

I hope FIFA warns them on this (the match is tomorrow). There are no reports in the media about women attending. The only reports is about the number of fans allowed. Once again Iran sports media is missing a moment of truth on women and on doing their job as a responsible journalistic sector. They should raise the issue and hold IFF accountable.

                        Go TM!

Even the bathrooms are an excuse. They have bathrooms.
For now they can use temporary wayfinding measures to guide women to the bathrooms, and keep them seperate.

I remember years ago, when they were renovating Azadi stadium, they had found several bathrooms that hadn't been used since before the revolution. For some reason they had plastered them over and just forgotten about them. Makes no sense.

They waited so long all the services looked brand new but had rusted out from within!
