    What a mess. Our u23 use Uhlsport shirts and socks.
    How hard is to provide the same brand from all TM teams, specifically when the brand is Iranian.

        U23 Plan before AFC championship games

        1- March 17-20 -1st training 6 sessions
        2- March 22-29- 2nd Training
        3- April 14-18- Many players will miss these sessions.
        4- May 22-May 28 -league will end in May 28 the day they have to travel to Tashkent. They hope clubs will release their players last 2 weeks of the league, very good if that happens otherwise many players will miss

        Finally, they have realized their training should not be limited to FIFA days and that's a good step.

        U23 Plan for After AFC U23 Championship.


        1-August 8-18
        2022 Islamic Solidarity games.U23 will attend Konya 2022 games in Turkey

        2-September 10-29 Hangzhou games in China

              What a shame. Iran's under 16 team at the 2017 world cup in India had so much potential.

              I don't think any of the players in that squad are part of the Olympic team. Given that Defi and Sayyadmanesh play in European leagues, none of the other players have stood out in their performance and poor Taha Shariati has had injuries every season.

                Actually it was one of the most successful classes ever in terms of outcomes 4 years on.

                2 of them already made it to senior side (allahyar and hosseinzadeh)

                Others like ghobeishavi, nasiri, koushki, khaghani, sharifi are regulars in pgpl. Delfi also became a legionairre.

                All of these will be candidates for involvement with Olympic team as the program develops. Currently they are all a few levels above the group kia called up most recently to monitor.

                  There is contradictory statement between his plan and what Mohammadi said.
                  There are discrepancies regarding Age group that will be invited for next phase, friendly matches and training schedule for month of April and after. More than once he stated that he will invite U21 age group players,

                  ?آیا در بین بازیکنان حاضر در مرحله اول اردو نفر خاصی توانسته نظرش را برای حضور در مراحل بعدی اردو جلب کند

                  سعی کردیم بهترین نفرات لیگ های یک، دو و سه را در اردو ببینیم. بچههای لیگ برتری را هم در هفته آینده خواهیم دید. تا قبل از خرداد یک تا دو اردوی دیگر خواهیم داشت و سپس به جمع بندی خوبی میرسیم

                   سطح پشتوانه ها?
                  قصد داریم با تیم زیر 21 سال در این مسابقات شرکت کرده و خود را برای حضور در مقدماتی المپیک آماده کنیم. قطعاً این موضوع تبعاتی برای ما خواهد داشت زیرا تیم های دیگر با بازیکنانی که سن بیشتری دارند

                  ?دیدار دوستانه
                   متأسفانه هیچ دیدار دوستانه ای نداشتیم و اردوهای مان خیلی کم بود. خیلی از حریفان عقب تر هستیم. امیدواریم بتوانیم با یکی از تیم های لیگ برتری دیدار تدارکاتی برگزار کنیم اما در اردوهای دیگر قطعاً نیاز به برگزاری
                  دیدار تدارکاتی با کشورهای دیگر داریم تا خودمان را بسنجیم.

                  ?برنامه ها برای مرحله دوم
                  طبق برنامه ریزی صورت گرفته از 20 فروردین اردوی یک هفته ای دیگری داریم. دوست داریم در تعطیلاتی که از اواخر فروردین تا نیمه اردیبهشت وجود دارد استفاده کرده و اردویی را برگزار کنیم. اگر بتوانیم یک تا دو بازی دوستانه هم برگزار کنیم

                  ?آیا امکانات و پشتیبانی از تیم امید به حدی است که بتوانیم این تیم را پس از سال ها در المپیک ببینیم،
                  برای رسیدن به موفقیت نیاز به ابزار دارید. اگر تفاهم و تعامل خوبی بین کمیته المپیک و فدراسیون در جریان باشد، در ماه های آتی می توانیم اردوهای خوب خودمان را داشته باشیم اما از همه مهم تر نیاز به برگزاری دیدار تدارکاتی داریم

                  رده سنی?

                  تصمیم گرفتیم از بازیکنان زیر 21 سال برای رده سنی زیر 23 سال استفاده کنیم اما این نفرات در تیم های باشگاهی خود هم ثابت بازی نمی کنند. حتماً باید در شرایط مسابقه باشند.

                    If Idea is to invite only U21 players that according to him are mostly not even playing for their teams then what was the reason insisting earlier to have Training in FIFA days (this week base on his new plan that policy has changed).
                    They could have planned more training and friendly games with Iranian clubs.
                    Most clubs will release U21 players easier than their U23 players.

                      I don't understand this list. Is he going to invite our best players like Saman Fallah, Janmaleki, Hosseinzadeh etc.? Or is this just training session for him to evaluate players he's not sure about?

                            As usual in Iran they made a decision then they debate pro/ con and consequence if any.

                            AFC 2022 U23 is for players with DOB 1/1/1999 and younger so all U23 players are eligible to participate.
                            Age eligibility for next U23 game is 23 while for next Olympic is 21
                            Best players of U23 deserve to attend a lifetime chance for most of them to play for AFC u23 championship.
                            There is no good reason to sacrifice their right for younger less experience players. Younger players will get their chance next year.

                            *- Entering AFC games with U21 against Qatar U23 & Uzbekistan U23 will result in early exit from groip level.
                            *- No good experience from defeats and early exit
                            *- There is no guarantee some of these U21 players will be include in the team in 2 years.

                            Players like Koushki, MH Fallah, Khodabandelo, Nasiri, Khaghani, Rezaei , Houshmand, Janmaleki, Soltanimehe, Hosseini, Limouchi... they have worked hard to be among the best and deserve their chances for AFC u23 Championship as an step to increase their chance for TM.
                            Why they should not have their chance while much less quality player from league 3 get a chance?

                              Terrible decision. Really question Mehdia Mahdavikia here, this tournament is perfect precursor for these great Persian Gulf League players to play in a sensitive tournament and prime them for potential future Team Melli callups.

                              Just because someone was a great player, doesn't mean he is the right person to do the job. Mehdi Mahdavikia is clearly not the right person here to do the job.
