biggest issue with Wiltits at TM was pure apathy and lack of commitment to success of his job there...! he only signed with IFF because it was a relatively Lucrative offer coming from a similarly to himself Scandalous Federation which were Extremely Desperate and on short notice to sign adequate, int. recognized European coach to replace a still vastly beloved, charismatic, successful coach who was deposed unceremoniously and controversially ..!
