its definitely not assists. That has nothing to do with goals. Some leagues give it to less PKs but I think if they are tied they will end up sharing it.

Amazingly unselfish play by Sardar. He could've easily shot himself, but rather, he put it on a silver platter for Dzyuba to easily score.

Any scout that does their homework on Sardar should view this as more of an accomplishment than winning the golden boot. It puts the team, and his teammate, first, ahead of his own accolades. Very impressive, Sardar.
