hes an okay player, never anything special. Doubt he makes it to TM. But Im happy for him. He made an interesting/odd choice going to slask, but hes settled in well, already speaks some polish, seems to really enjoy the city (wroclaw is very nice), and is playing for a team with a sizable fan base. Hope he does well and can get his team to european competition.

Because in his time with PP, he really hasn't displayed intelligence. He might be a talented dribbler, but I can't count the times I almost broke my laptop because Farshad decided to dribble the ball instead of passing to wide open teammates. He also kills the flow of the game in similar style as Masoud. I hope his time in Europe leads to him making better decisions but so far he hasn't displayed enough to be deserving of a TM spot.Originally posted by Javeed View PostWow, that was impressive!
So why do PFDC members think he can’t make it to Team Melli?
He was part of the youth system and I found played decently for Persepolis
I’m sure he can be a replacement for Dejagah or Shoajei for AC2019!

"Ahmadzadeh and Naderi are now in Fifa. I never watched them play but they need to be considered for TM now"Originally posted by ali alipour View PostThat was when he was in Iran. Now that he’s in Poland, a couple assists here and there and people here will say he should be a starter in tm.

So I'm semi-watching the game , and from what i've seen Farshad is his team's best player so far. The dude is hustling on defense, made very impressive interceptions and had some nice "Yek-o-do". If this kid plays like this the whole season, I wouldn't be surprised to see him in a top Polish team.
It's moves like this makes you really wonder how good of a Coach Branko is... In 2 games with some mid-teir Polish team, Farshad seems more controlled, passes more, doesn't slow down the game as much (still does a little), and plays great defence.

Thanks this is encouraging to hear. On Persepolis he was dreadful and sometimes was used out of position by Branko.Originally posted by The View PostSo I'm semi-watching the game , and from what i've seen Farshad is his team's best player so far. Back in his TS days he was a really impressive talent I thought he would be a TM starter for sure. It’s moves like this that bring out the best in players like him who show flashes of brilliance at one point and then die out. Also says a lot about the level of talent in our league IMOTeam Meli Iran

Exactly. I'm hoping this revives his career like Rezaei's did after moving to Belgium.Originally posted by Ghermez Agha View PostThanks this is encouraging to hear. On Persepolis he was dreadful and sometimes was used out of position by Branko.

FWIW, His coach is playing him mainly as RW, but he slides into AMF. He is being used in a very similar style as Jahanbakhsh did in AZ, although his teams plays much more defensivly than AZ.Last edited by The; 07-27-2018, 10:11 AM.

Farshad at TS gave me high hopes, but he started to become an easy player handle when he came to PP. I'd say it was 50-50 his own bad decision making on the pitch, and Brank not knowing how to use him.
So far so good in his Polish campaign, lets hope he keeps up the good work. We have nothing to lose from him playing well.

I can concur, I watched the last 20 min and Farshad was excellent. Their team looked dangerous every time he'd get the ball. Would make nice driving runs, good passes, and overall good decision making. And his corner delivery was a 10/10 perfect that led to their equalizing goal.Originally posted by The View PostSo I'm semi-watching the game , and from what i've seen Farshad is his team's best player so far.
