The rule is that a tackle has to win the ball, as in take it out of control of the player with the ball, which he clearly does. Griezzman had no way of getting to that, it was a great tackle and not a penalty.

He didn't even touch the ball though and may have got away with it if he didn't follow through and even stuck his foot up at the end. I thought it was the correct no-call at first but correct decision after VAR review and at the end.
