I am ineffably bewildered by this mayhap of an inquiry, and must revert that, yes both gentlemen are indeed very honorable.

well, I doubt he cuts shojaei or dejagah. with no Jalal, we need experience in this group and those two bring a lot of it. Along with Montazeri and Hajsafi, those four players are the experienced heads of the team. Amiri is his favorite for whatever depressing reason ( I guess the ability to run and not to much else qualifies you for WC minutes), so my guess would be khanzadeh. But so far, we have thought khanzadeh would be cut at every list and hes still hanging around...Torabi is another possibility if he fails to perform.

Ebrahimi, Amiri or Montazeri, anyone of these players can go and it'll make my day!

I don't think Amiri is likely, either. Just who I hope gets cut, because I don't enjoy his contribution outside of his penchant for running.

The only players that I can imagine being cut are those coming off injuries (Dejagah/Ebrahimi), and Khanzadeh. If it's not Khanzadeh, then anyone being cut will be met with massive complaints. I can't think of who else it could be, unless he keeps Khanzadeh and cuts M. Hosseini for the 3rd CB position, which I think would cause a few people here to become even more angry with CQ.

i would go with Montazeri and Pouraliganji as CD and Hosseini as DMF. But I dont know who of them has a better opening and pass game.
I wouldnt let Shojai play as DMF!

Pouraligangi, in my opinion after watching all of his recent TM performances, fits the CDM position the best. He wins headers, makes good tactical fouls, and has some speed/passing ability that is decent-to-good. I think this may be a strong possibility, but in reality, I believe we will get Montazeri and Pouraligangi as CB's and Cheshmi as CDM. I think Cheshmi will cause us trouble though.

I actually like that idea a lot. I trust PAG at CDM in front of Montazeri and M.Hosseini, more than Cheshmi at CDM with PAG and Montazeri at CBs. but I doubt CQ would do that.
