I don't know why you're saying its not an official song/video. Its in the FIFA license World Cup game (FIFA18) as the only World Cup song even and will be a part of the broadcasts. Iran's flag is nowhere to be found. You'll see everything from Puerto Rico to India to Israel to Montenegro, etc...but not Iran.

EDIT: Iran is in the faaaar background obscured by a dancer for about 9 seconds in the music video...
