That's a big IF, let's see. But I disagree, preperation for the 2006 WC wasn't bad I remember prior to that we had even played teams like Germany and Croatia... unless it was for the asian cup in 2004. Regardless, I highly DOUBT that TAJ will get us a team of the likes of Germany !

The Germany game was not a preparation for the WC! It was just a friendly game played back in 2004. For the WC, we actually had lots of problems getting friendlies. The only "real" preparation friendlies we got was thanks to Branko who used his connections to get us 2 friendlies! A game against Croatia and another against Bosnia. At that times Bosnia was far from the Bosnia of today. They were quite weak actually. I think we won with 5-2. So that preparation was even worse than 98 when we managed to play at least against some big club teams like Inter.

The Germany game was not a preparation for the WC! It was just a friendly game played back in 2004. For the WC, we actually had lots of problems getting friendlies. We have already had 4 last October and November

We now have 5 more confirmed and need 3-4 more

The Libiya,Tunisia,Algeria,Uzbekistan and Turkey matches have all been confirmed

And again it maybe a rumor wishful thinking but several websites have said that on May 28 th or June 2nd

TmM will play either Italy or Brazil in that order

Algeria's coach Rebah Majer confirmed the Iran friendly on March 27 in Graz,Austria
Iran will play Libya on March 18 th in Tehran , Tunisia on March 23 rd in Tunis , Algeria on March 27 in Austria
All of these 3 games have been confirmed
