In that case Amiri might be out. Hopefully he can get himself a nice fat check in Qatar. Best Amiri can do at his age.Originally posted by PersianLegion View PostMosalman is a CMF. the J-League prize money is devided by rankings on the league table, as to 2017 seasonOriginally posted by persiangooner View PostThe reason why Japanese teams don’t care is because the prize money for ACL isn’t much higher than for winning the domestic league. Plus, teams incur a high cost for flights, accommodation etc, so it makes no sense to risk their best players for a tournament that they don’t benefit much from winning.
It’s smart, but still a mockery of the ACL spirit. They won’t be punished for it though because the Japanese federation has a good reputation.

total bonus money 9.64 billion JPY ≈ 90m USD
J-League champions - 2.22 billion JPY ≈ 20.67m USD
Runner-ups - 1.19 billion JPY ≈ 11.08m USD
3rd 780 million JPY ≈ 7.27m USD
4th 550 million JPY ≈ 5.121m USD
5th to 18th teams are awarded 350 million JPY each ≈ 3.26m USD
In CSL 90% of the bonus money is divided equally between the clubs; and 10% is awarded on a merit basis based on final league position, as to 2017 season
total bonus money 13.16 bilion CNY ≈ 210m USD
CSL Champions 89.6m CNY ≈ 14.3m USD
Runner-ups 88.62m CNY ≈ 14.14m USD
3rd 87.65m CNY ≈ 13.99m USD
and so on, the bottom CSL team is awarded 7497m CNY ≈ 11.96m USD
if you judge the situation from nonus money, In Japan, higher ranking clubs awarded much more money than lower ranikng clubs so clubs takes domestic leagues more seriouslly over ACL, CSL gives clubs almost equally bonus thats one of the reason Chinese clubs tekes ACL more seriouslly.
but to be honest, the ACL bonus money is indeed a joke in both countries standard
As to K-League, prize money for champions is only 5 billion won. about 470k USD, so one of the reasons why the Korean teams do well is because they prioritise ACL as the prize money is 8 times greater than winning the K-league, also clubs regard the title itself very highly.I am Tigersandys

Yeah he will definitely give us depth and he’s a technically gifted player too.Originally posted by inarsenewetrust View PostGood news for Pp. alishah will give them depth in an area they have struggled with this season
The only issue I have with him is that he’s not a finisher. He’s amazing at getting the ball moving forward, he has good vision (although selfish at times) and he’s a team player which is what Branko likes.
We also don’t have many options due to suspension but it is definitely great news to have him back for the 2018-19 season.

Good article. I truly feel like this is the year we have an Iranian club in the final. With no Al Hilal and Duhail/Al Ain playing each other, the chances look good.Originally posted by redmissile View PostThe 6 questions from the AFC Champions League group stage

SS, Persepolis, Tractor, Zobahan, etc need to pay all of their debt this year otherwise, there will be no Iranian clubs competing in ACL next year. This is particularly troublesome for SS and Persepolis with piles of debt. This can be our last ACL until we pay the huge debt.

Once again this week Hosseini has been crucial, gets 2 assists vs Persepolis and the highest amount of successful dribbles in the league (currently has the most successful dribbles this season, followed by Gholizadeh). Could be a serious player to be considered for the Asian Cup if he keeps up the level he had last 2 seasonsOriginally posted by Z Joon View PostThat dribble and pass from Mohammad Reza Hosseini, really underrated player IMO. Was also one of the best in the league this year
