Well actually, it just says "foreign offers" and nothing specifically about Europe so it could be Qatar Matar and the likes too

His issue is he is waiting someone offer him Bundesliga II or I job, Julian Nagelsmann, one of the brightest coaching minds at 29 years old only started coaching Hoffenheim U17, U19. Nouri started coaching from Bremen II in Bundesliga III, Jardim the head coach of Monaco started coaching from 3rd division of Portugal, that is how you prove yourself little by little, just for sake of having Pro Licence certificate no one offer you the head coaching job of top 2 division of some reputed league such as Germany, it may happens in rare occasions but not generally.
