Iran vs. Papua New Guinea
At this rate, Trump will appoint CQ to build the wall.
Air would have problems getting past it, let alone Mexicans! [emoji1]
(Obviously joking. I will remove it if anyone found it offensive)

Now I understand how you managed to rack up all those red bars under your name. Keep it up, you are on to something.Originally posted by TheWheels View PostLiterally not even one goal was shown

Don’t want to bring this up, but this is just too hilarious! Usually people judge the teams/players by merely watching few "Highlights" instead of the full game - thinking that is enough and fair. BUT NOW we actually managed to hit a new low...this time there is not even a proper footage of the game, not even the line-up was clear, but we still see us judging, questioning and even crossing of players for the next game. All based on a damn meaningless TEST GAME (under heavy raining conditions) none of us even managed to see!!
This is way toooo funny for me to ignore and not to bring up again lol.

I believe CQ feels more comfortable not having the friendlies televised, this way his team's strategies and tactics for the upcoming match will not be exposed to the opponents, which is in a way a smart move.
In reality world power football nations such as Brazil, Germany, Spain, Argentina etc. would have love to make use of such luxury and play their friendlies behind closed doors, however their case is totally a different ball game, as such teams broadcast revenue from these friendlies is quite irresistible and hard to pass up. Whereas for a country like us where broadcast revenue generation means absolutely zilch, it only makes better sense not to televise them. Not to mention the intolerance and misconception of he football friendlies amongst our people...

FIFA match I belive, if we win against Syria our points will still increase from 837 to 841Originally posted by Doctor DOOM View PostI'm glad it did rain during the game so the lads would be a bit familiar with the hellish rains in that region. Not only the rain, but the crushing humidity as well.
So to score 8 goals IN RAIN is a difficult task irrespective of the opponent (which was indeed extremely weak). At the same time I'd like to know how they conceded. it'd be interesting
is this game considered as a fifa match or just an inconsequential one?

Macedonia scored one on us back in June as well Martin jaan but that was also a friendly, so as far as competitive matches go (and that's really the important ones) we've had a clean sheet in all our matches in 2016.Originally posted by Martin-Reza View PostConceding a goal can always happen. But it hurts, because we had a clean sheet so far in 2016 and if we had kept that, it would have been a fantastic record and story.
And hope to finish that way + a nice bang like the result in this match!
On another note, tomorrow (November 12th) will be the anniversary of the last goal scored on TM during a competitive match - lol
