They did teach him. He's been away from his family for 5-6 years and has forgotten a lot.

Theoretically he can since he has not played any official game for Iran yet.

It would take thousands of paperwork, talks with FIFA etc. Anyway Saman wants to stay with Iran, regardless of what these stupid 'journalists' made him say.

No he can't... he already applied for the one time switch and can't go back anymore. If there even exists a rule where he can, it would take a LONG ASS procedure to get it through but I'm pretty confident it's impossible. To date I've never known of a player to have done this in modern era.

How many international players out there do you guys think have scored 2 goals for two different countries like Saman has?

Would be great to have an Iranian back in Germany's top flight. It's been a long time.

Look at minute 10:45 in this video....

Ghoddos is slowly becoming our own Ronaldinho ( ), looking at one direction, passing to another which results in a dangerous attack by TM:

"Werder Flirt Ghoddos: The Bundesliga is calling

Recently, rumors about Saman Ghoddos and SV Werder made the rounds. The dribbler Östersunds FK holds great chunk on the Bundesliga - and would fit perfectly athletic.

Saman Ghoddos could soon plan the next step in his career. Last was reported on the interest of SV Werder Bremen . And according to FT information, the Bundesliga is next to the Spanish Primera División to the favorite leagues of the 24-year-old offensive allrounder.

And Ghoddos would always fit into Germany. In his style of playing resembles the 1.77-meter right-foot Bayern star Franck Ribery: Low center of gravity with strong physique, a nimble start and strengths in one-on-one. As FT learned, one considers the Bundesliga in the environment of the player as an ideal station for the next step.

Ghoddos is still bound to Östersund until December 2019. The Swedish club now has to weigh whether a sale this winter is an option. With a view to a possible transfer fee, the ÖFK would have to make a major sacrifice in the summer - this could be the chance for clubs like Werder to push the originally rumored transfer fee of five million euros."

"IRANIAN REPRESENTATIVE ON TARGET OF WERDER

Playing regularly in Sweden's Östersund, Saman Ghoddos, is one of Bremen's potential transfer goals.

The 24-year-old drew his attention mainly on his good performances in this year's Europa League, where he and his team first eliminated Galatasaray from the Turkish competition, and in subsequent stages he recorded very good results in the games with Hertha and Athletik, so anonymous until recently club of the league The Swedish team leads the team in group J.

Bringing Ghoddosa to northern Germany would solve Werder's problem with scoring goals. At the moment none of the four strikers of the team has managed to place the ball in the net. This is mainly because the four-time Bundesliga winners occupy the penultimate position in the table, being one of the most serious candidates for degradation.

The striker did not last long, because in January he made his debut for Sweden. But in the colors of the "Three Crowns" he only appeared in social games, so before a few weeks he decided to play the last team in Iran, with which he most likely will go for the upcoming World Cup.

Östersund has made eight appearances this season in the Swedish Allsvenskan. Last year at the official gala he was named the best striker running on the pitches of the league. Possible Iranian transfer can cost Werder more than five million euros.

Other teams interested in its services include Wolverhampton, Queens Park Rangers and Fulham."
