Iraq won on luck based on PK despite being up twice and giving up the lead. If that makes you happy, it shows your loser mentality because no Iranian fan would ever be happy with that result if it were reversed.

I was at the game in Canberra that day. What a game. Iran was in total control and leading until that blooming unfair red card when the Iraqi keeper pushed Pouladi. Then the game seesawed back and forth. Iran kept coming back to finish 3-3 (from memory).

After the game the Iraqis (a fair few of them) were playing their drums and chanting in the Iranian supporters faces (Iranians were more than half of the full stadium) but we all took it in good spirit and laughed and joked with them, thankfully no incidents was reported.

Seems most of you have forgotten every shit friendly our fuckedup so called football federation would arange would get cancelled last minute. You should be grateful we even have a friendly in such short notice against a very decent team. Remember, they did beat us in a do or die game in asia cup.... Winning youth championships with 40 year old players. Beating Iran so cleanly, fairly, and soundly (a 3-3 tie after having a man advantage for 90 minutes) only to show the rest of Asia how much they deserved to win by dominating Korea 0-2 in the semi-finals. They definitely deserved to be in the semi-finals. They crushed Korea with their net playing defense. Never seen a team play so cohesively and dominantly as Iraq in the semi-final of the Asian Cup. Wow, what a team.

Steven Speilberg should make a movie about Iraq's team. What a powerhouse. What a juggernaut of Asian football. Purposely losing their first 3 games of 2018 WCQ only to destroy the power that is Thailand. Playing possum at the bottom of the table only to come back and win their last 6 games and make it to the World Cup! Iraq deserves to be at the World Cup! Heck they dominate Asia and are such a great team.
