guys even if he gets subbed in he can still transfer. the rule is that he can not PLAY for 3 teams. Play meaning appear in a official match for the club, he has not played for Rostov in an official match this season so therefore he can still transfer.

Leiva is Biglia's replacement. Falcinelli is meant as Djordjevic's replacement, and Sardar is intended as Keita's replacement according to Italian media. The striker rotation that Lazio wants is Immobile/Azmoun with Falcinelli off the bench.

Falcinelli is not the quality of a starter on a top team in Italy. He is meant as squad depth. His statistics are weak, and he's not had any breakthrough to get a starting job on such a team. Lazio will be in trouble with Falcinelli and Immobile as the only striking options.
