You guys need to remember the difference between Iran with the rest of the world. JB for NEC meant a cheap but a good player to help NEC in their games. This Filipino guy for them means money, in terms of selling authentic shirts, advertisements, etc. He's there to help them financially rather than anything else. Something Iranians could never do to that extent.

If Iran is accepted as an active member of WTO (world trade organization) and is stopped from piracy, then I expect a lot more Iranian players going to Europe.

I'm not that impressed, Jerry Bengtson looks to be 10x better than this dude yet Branko didn't want him. His finishing is ok but he looks very mediocre otherwise, Alipour will be the fix starter or at least he should be with this guy as his competition

Apparently Branko has rejected Kokko and 21 other strikers so far. It looks like he still wants to sign 33-year old Krstanovic. I bet even if you offer him Suarez, he would reject him and sign a Croatian instead.
