It's a nice change. Outside of Jahanbakhsh none of our players were particularly speedy at WC2014 effectively. Dejagah kept getting caught up to by Nigerians, Reza got caught up to in his golden chance in the 85th against Argentina. Nekounam/Teimourian are both slow and couldn't provide forward movement.

Now we have Ezzatollahi/Mohammadi/Azmoun/Ghafouri/JB/Torabi/Amiri who all can go on pacy runs.

His speed is ridiculous, nice movement and crossing. Needs to tightening up his defending and eventually he will be an amazing LB.

excellent assist, showcased his pace/attacking ability really well. Hopefully he can cement his place in the team. Remember, those who say his defending is suspect, that bellerin,alba,alaba,etc all started out higher up the pitch as wingers. As they learned their trade and got more and more minutes in tough division, their defending kept improving and now they are seen as the perfect fullbacks. These types of fullbacks have the pace to bail themselves out when they make mistakes or when their team makes mistakes, as well as being able to be a serious threat on the other end of the pitch. Milad has the qualities to progress like this. He probably wont become as good as them, but he could develop in the same mould and become a player with an extremely similar style.
