If people saw the 90 min... Benfica have top strikers. Marítimo make some great moves and create several chances. Really bad luck, Haghighi make one mistake just in the Last goal

Try to get all shots, the first 10 - 15 min Marítimo deserve to score two times.. But Edersson today is a true eagle

He looked nervous, confused and most is due of lack of playing time. He should have second and 5th one though or at least could do better reaction on 5th one(cross ball). He couldn't do much on 4 other goals.

Benifica goaly was excellent. They are a physical side, lots of fauls though. Their defense is less capable than their attack. The frontmen showed some clinical finishing

- Maritimo in return looked good going forward but sucked in defense. Not all was haghighi's fault and Maybe he is not 100% or not fit but it was embarrassing by any standard!

Oh man he seemed extremely rusty and with no confidence. Doesn't have that confidence he had during the WC14 and AFC15. The 6th goal, which was a penalty, he performed the same maneuver as the PKs during the TM game against Iraq.

I was never impressed with him TBH. He did have a great first two games in WC, surprisingly if you ask me but was back to what he was in most part of his career since Bosnia game.
I wonder if this is CQ system that makes every keeper looks good. Remember Rahman Ahmadi had his glory moments as no1 also for while.
I know he plays in Europe and specially in Portugal where CQ has soft spot for and he has an edge compare to other keepers but at this stage both Beiranvand and Mazaheri look fitter than him.

clumsy touch on the ball and stupid challenge to win it back giving up the pk..!! frustration mistake..
and the "way too early" pk save reaction was all so reminiscent of his horrendous performance in the PK shootout vs iraq..!!

can't really blame him for other 4 goals though..!! maritimo's sorry ass defense really hang him up to dry in this game..!!

He dives way too early even before the penalty has been taken, which makes it very easy to pass him during a penalty. These are really the basics of football which he is lacking...
