The Swedish Connection that might take Team Melli players to Europe

Well, what you have to add to the equation is also the size of the population of Sweden! They are only 9 million people and it's not like their talents go and beg the big European teams to get them! As you say the young talents are snapped by them because of their qualities. This alone talks a lot about the Swedish football in which our players could learn immensely.

We both fucked up. And Norrköping were worthy winners. Great academy and positive football.Originally posted by Zamboor View PostI just knew it. Yeah I remember that and we ruined it for you guys this year as well with that win i stockholm Gustav Engvall! ! Haha and for ourselves cause we couldn't beat norrköping at home or away.

Booking a table as we speak.. http://fanous-restaurang.com/index.htmlOriginally posted by Zamboor View PostNope Resturang Fanous owned by family friends.
they got good food btw and its cheap
No but seriously, Iran's U-23 would probably exceed Sweden's U-21 Championship team in regards to technical aspect, but they would most likely still lose. Just like Italy or Portugal in final.

Call Mats Gren and that Prioritet Finans-dude holding the cash, make it happen.Originally posted by Zamboor View PostNow that I think of it I think Taremi would fit in good at IFK Göteborg. Zanjanchi is half Iranian and speaks farsi. Well not that good but he speaks farsi and then Taremi wouldn't feel so alone at the team.

That would be an accurate estimation, although I can see Torabi in La Liga right away at least getting decent amount of minutes as a benchwarmer. His style would fit the league perfectly, and he has the potential to be much better than Masoud when he was at OsasunaOriginally posted by Hormozgan View PostOmid Alishah (Liga Adelante)
Hossein Kanaani (2. Bundesliga)
Mehdi Taremi (Allsvenskan)
Mehdi Torabi (Ligue 1)
Kaveh Rezaei (Danish Superliga)
Milad Mohammadi (Eredivisie)
Mehrdad Mohammadi (Eredivisie)
Mehrdad Ghanbari (Raiffeisen Super League)
Ali Alipour (Russian Premier League)
Milad Kamandani (SuperLig)
Maybe?

I came to think of it....
Getting Iranian players would be very good for the Swedish clubs as well! If anything, Iranians would fill up the stadium when they play (in both home and away games). They would gain a lot of money, for tickets and shirts! It would actually be very smart if they got a few of them.

Yeah, I could see Torabi in maybe Betis, Gijon or Getafe as a sub/project. But he would probably get more valuable playing time in R. Zaragoza, Osasuna or Elche for example.Originally posted by Z Joon View PostThat would be an accurate estimation, although I can see Torabi in La Liga right away at least getting decent minutes as a benchwarmer. Its a win win situation. Iranians will go ant become fans of swedish teams as well as the players will feel at home. Those guys who play in Tehran clubs and are used to surgically enhanced girls can play for Sthlm clubs cause they are everywhere in Stockholm and those from smaller cities used to more down to earth iranians girls can play in any other city. But if i know my iranians they will stop focusing at football and start chasing those blonde swedes.Originally posted by Sly View PostI came to think of it....

Although I have to emphasis... nowadays, not only Tehrani girls are into beauty operations! I think most Iranian girls from all cities are, unless they are really from villages.

Masoud was smoking top team defenders left and right during his prime time at Osasuna, I am not sure if Torabi can match that. He has potential for sure, but Masoud was on another level in terms of technique. He is probably the best Iranian dribbler I have ever seen, after Ali Karimi. Masoud used to have high football IQ with his vision as well.
I don't think we currently have one player who can school our Korean rivals like this:
What a game he had that day...incredible.

Masoud has a better technique but it doesn't necessarily make him the better player. Torabi isn't as good technically (still very decent nevertheless) but plays much more effective football than Masoud ever did, especially when he was at Torabi's age, he always moves for a purpose and is very clinical, he's also really composed for his age. I say that if he moves to Europe he can have a much bigger career over there than MasoudOriginally posted by Kiarash View PostMasoud was smoking top team defenders left and right during his prime time at Osasuna, I am not sure if Torabi can match that.
