Hajsafi is not a LB by any means, imo his natural position is LM and second DM and CM, LW is also not his position, a winger should have the abilty to pass defenders with a speedy dribble (fe Jahanbakhsh and Amiri) and often be able to make it to the last line and cross, something which Hajsafi lacks.

I think it would be really cool if a team like Bayern, United, Real or Barca one day took up a challenge: buy an Iranian player, and avoid relegation. If they could manage that, they should be rewarded some how.

it is like asking them to play at 10 against 11! An iranian player in Barcelona would be more successful there than in AZ or FSV frankfurt, also because he will be fed by the like of Messi, Iniesta...
