zenit spanked the shit out of CSKA 4-1. so rostov chances are a bit better if they beat Loko moscow on the 6th.

can't see that zenit has won a game over CSKA recentley, where did you got the info from? Last time they met was exactly 1 month ago, game ended 2-0 in favor of zenith

It was the Russian Cup final, not a league game.

Sardar's smile in this picture is a bit disturbing

Rubin owner is basically saying they want to see Sardar back in Rubin Kazan. At least that's what the title said, didn't read the entire article.

Such a disgusting move by Rubin. They let him go when they play the likes of Liverpool in EL, and now that Rostov has a good chance at entering the UCL and Rubin has no european football next season they want him back.

It's either Rubin is greedy or Sardar is unfortunate.

Rubin is so greedy...They didn't allow Haghighi to move to England.

The source that I posted weeks ago was more reliable from someone close to Rubin, they will sell him this summer.

It's very likely they will sell him. They don't want to seem to desperate to move him though as that may lower his value. They will have the attitude that "hey, we want to keep him, but if you offer us enough money, we'll sell him."

If they said "we are definitely intending to sell Sardar this summer," that dramatically reduces the price.

It's basic salesmanship. It is very likely that is a fact that they will want a high price for him, but if it's getting close to the transfer deadline, they will take $2.5 million for him over losing him for nothing next season.
