what u mean training? like they train with their first team or u18 team or something

He himself says the results don’t matter. We’ll know how effective the academy once/if the first generation of his academy make it to the highest levels.

پنجشنبه ۳۰ دی ماه تیم استقلال شوش از سری مسابقات لیگ دسته سوم کشور در استان ایلام میهمان وحدت ایوان بود
که اتوبوس این تیم به علت بارش برف سنگین دچار حادثه شد.
هادی حسن زاده سرمربی این تیم در توضیح حادثه امروز عنوان کرد بازیکنان و کادر فنی این تیم بعد از سوار شدن
در اتوبوس جهت اعزام به محل مسابقه به دلیل یخ زدگی جاده کنترل اتوبوس از دست راننده خارج شد
و اتوبوس در حال سقوط به پایین سراشیبی بود که سریعا بازیکنان از اتوبوس خارج و با کمک بازیکنان
و انداختن سنگ جلوی لاستیک های اتوبوس از سقوط آن جلوگیری شد.

همچنین با توجه به عدم توانایی میزبان در آماده سازی زمین مسابقه با صورتجلسه نماینده سازمان
لیگ آقای کرمی از کرمانشاه نتیجه بازی ۳ بر ۰ به نفع استقلال شوش اعلام گردید.

from what I gather they have no clinched qualification to the next round 3rd division (Which consists of a few subdivisions where top placed finishers go into some sort of playoff for determining teams that promote to azadegan).

Not totally sure though St mark might be bale to clarify details
