Kia FC based on Hoffenheim model

This game is just first game W1 from round one.
Only 2 teams from each group advance to Round two. Round two of league 3 consist of 30 teams in 3 groups of 10 teams.

For Kia team to advance to league 2 , first they have to advance to round two then make it to top two of round two to enter playoff for advance.
Little complicated process. Last year they did not make it to second round, hopefully they will do much better thisseason.

Not sure if Poland and this team in particular is the best place to install two young Iranian players.
I think M.Kia with his immense network in Germany/Netherlands/Belgium could have come up with a better option. Even the team that Ali Reza Jahabakhsh (NEC) chose to enter Europe would have been better..... Very odd choice, hope it doesn't affect their professional mindset and hunger for development. I am glad though that they left Iran!!

Yadegar Rostami and Amir Reza Doostali seem to be in Poland already. Based on a second picture with their agent it looks like they are indeed joining Pogon Szczecin.

Not sure if Poland and this team in particular is the best place to install two young Iranian players.

They are mostly under 18-19 and none has been transferred to any PGL teams yet
Older ones playing in liq3 as a team hoping to advance to liq2 and ultimately to league bartar .
Their best players hope to be transfer to Europ so they won’t go to any other Iranian team now

Mika recently started a charity foundation in Germany to raise funds for developments of youth and help to transfer so talented players from Iran .

Okay so, so far none till this day. I was just trying to see if any of them have made it to top europe teams.

Dame mehdi garm, he put his money and life for this academy. If one of their players make it to top teams then they will surely get good money and expand the academy.
