Kia FC based on Hoffenheim model

Aren't a decently high percentage of Iran's U21 team made up of Kia FC players. I want to say something like 25-30%.... If he picks 30 players every year and in 8-10 years, he produces 6 to 8 national level players, that would be the most amazing stat in pretty much any country. I feel his academy's results have been amazing and not disappointing at all. For sure, the best thing we got going in Iran.

No. No kia player in U21 or U23
Kia players are plaing for U15. Indeed most of U15 players are from Kia Academy.

There were no TM U17, U19 this year ( we don't even have currently coaches for U17 , U19). had few in U17. .


There were no Kia player in last U19 but they they also play in lig 3


Kia Cademy is very active in Tehran U15, U16, U17, U19 and second devision of Temran U21.

Results don’t matter at this age. Results are for IPL, where they rather play 32 year old no-name African instead of young Iranians. And then morons like me are left wondering why it takes 10-15 years to find a new forward or midfielder for TM.

Hehe, I know. I meant more like my hope for the whole season. How do you estimate the chance that , they will promote, now that they have 1 season more experience. By the way, do you know why they released Mojtaba Fakhrian?

They have better chance than last year, young players are a year older and more experienced. They have lost two good players but added few more.
Their chance of advance to round two is good but unlikely they can make it to play off this season but ultimately they will.

Their strategy is good , rather than tranfer their players to PGL team to be benched they give them chance to play and gain experience .
It's not easy to play against much older players.

نحوه صعود و سقوط در فصل جدید مرحله اول لیگ دسته سوم
مرحله اول لیگ دسته سوم در ۵ گروه ۱۳ تیمی آغاز شده است که در پایان این مرحله تیم های اول و دوم به مرحله دوم و تیم های سوم و چهارم و پنجم گروه ها در مرحله اول فصل آینده می توانند حضور داشته و شرکت نمایند و تیم های ششم به بعد نیز به لیگ های استان سقوط خواهند کرد.

مرحله دوم مسابقات با حضور ۳۰ تیم که تلفیقی از ۱۰ تیم صعود کننده از مرحله اول و تیم های باقیمانده در مرحله دوم از فصل گذشته و همچنین تیم های سقوط کننده از لیگ دسته دوم از فصل قبل جمعا ۳۰ تیم و در ۳ گروه ۱۰ تیمی به صورت رفت و برگشت آغاز برگزار خواهد شد که در پایان 4 تیم به لیگ دسته دوم صعود 16 تیم در مسابقات مرحله دوم فصل آتی ابقا و 10 تیم نیز به مسابقات مرحله اول لیگ دسته سوم در فصل آینده سقوط خواهند کرد.
