It would have been a hard decision if the rules were ambiguous in this case. But apparantly they're not. So if the rules are clear, and the case is well-presented, than it isn't a hard decision at all. They just have to live up to their own rules. Case closed.

According to ISNA, AFC working hard to resolve the Issue. Even a member of disciplinary comity could not say for sure the verdict will be in favor of Iran. Apparently they working hard on this, hope we come out winner.
