Are the times for Europe/north America correct? The games were always starting at 20:00 and were at the same times that are listed, how is it now the match starts at 19:00 local time and yet the time didn't change? I'm confused

the time difference is different in brisbane. it is 15 hours as opposed to 16 hours in sydney and melbourne.
