Iraq won't be a part of this federation. Stop including them. Armenia, Georgia and Turkey are from UEFA. They can be occasional guests.

For Senior Tournament, I think for starters any invitees from the following would be good:

Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Albania, Kosovo, Cyprus, Turkey.

If want to make it a complete Central Asia tournament, then invite Kazakhstan & Mongolia the only two Central Asian nations who are not members, Kazakhstan due to being a UEFA member and Mongolia is still with EAFF.

No country who participate in tournaments that use an imaginary name instead of Persian Gulf should be invited. If Greece forces their national airline Olympic Airlines to redo their maps to show Persian Gulf instead of that bogus imaginary name that they currently use, then Greece can be invited as well

It is a good practice for your younger players to get experience. Uzbekistan would probably challenge us the most in this Cup. Turkmenistan has also proven not to be an easy side to beat.
It seems they are really taking their time. So far there has been 4 Tournaments: Men's U-15 and Men's U-19, Women's U-15 and Women's U-19. Both U-15 events were hosted in Tajikistan and U-19 events in Uzbekistan. The Women's U-15 event is missing from wikipedia, it was won by Uzbekistan. These are some links for it:

O'zbekiston qizlar terma jamoasi shu yilning 27–29 avgust kunlari Tojikistonning G'issor shahrida bo'lib o'tadigan CAFA U-15 Girls xalqaro musobaqasida ishtirok etadi.

Ўзбекистон қизлар терма жамоаси Тожикистонда бўлиб ўтаётган CAFA U-15 Girls халқаро мусобақасидаги иштирокини бошлади.

If we were to pick two from the following : Armenia,Azerbaijan, Georgia, Russia, Turkey, we would have a tournament with much higher quality than WAFF, which could prepare us adequately for Asian qualifying.
It is not even selfish of us because countries like Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, get to play teams that will raise their level of play(Iran/Uzbek/and the others).
The mentioned teams are in EU. Uzb is the only team that could provide a half ass challenge for Iran. IMO, Iraq could bring a better balance and competition to the group as a whole. Otherwise, this will always be a one and half hours race between Iran and Uzb.

And to those who mentioned Pakistan and India, please get real.
