If he transferred for free then it's not going to change his value.

    What?
You mean that his value have to raise only because he transferred to Livorno?
    Or what do you mean?

People here want a guy for team melli even before he has played and nobody does know if he can play football XD
I would say just wait some months, perhaps he will play not a single game. I hope for him he can make it.
Any player that shows promise and especially plays overseas deserve a chance on TM. Not saying all are special like Nazari, but they bring a different perspective and naturally have better fundamentals (passing, shooting) than many of IPL players now.

He can play football. He featured in youth teams of West Ham and Fiorentina, got signed by Genoa and now Livorno...how are you convinced that he can't play football? Professionals who are busy with football 24/7 clearly see something in this guy and therefore scouted him.

Livorno just came to Serie A last season and they already relegated. i usually see new teams come up each year so whether they have a chance to come back up or not, i'm not sure about. Serie B just like Serie A is very competitive. Serie A might not be a powerhouse like it used to be because of financial issues but its still very competitive internally because its very tactical and even the small teams can take away points from the big teams. thats why its really hard to teams to go up on a table. its not like english or spanish league where the top teams just dominate the small teams. hopefully livorno can do something to come up...but if he can get playing time, it'll be great exposure. Serie B teams are constantly selling to bigger clubs if their players do well.

Well, if he plays well like Jahanbakhsh did in his first games for NEC then he will surely get called up unless there are some other issues which make him not able to join Iran.

I don't think this guy wants to join Italy instead, that would be very difficult for him to break into their team with the already packed midfield.

Still this guy is quite anonymous, I couldn't find any footage from him on YouTube or interviews.
