So many times we could have taken the game to the bigger teams...Germany, Spain, Portugal, Argentina, Belgium and England. Instead we always play with fear of not losing. We only beat teams that we don't fear...like USA or Wales.

These guys want some big scalps. We want an easy draw!

Hats off to Cape Verde. What an incredible run. I wish TM played with this level of vigor against worthy opponents.

I don’t like Infantino but he did once say something I will never forget.

After watching Iran - Spain in the stadium, he told Mahdavikia that Iran is a very good team. They just need to be fearless and play more offensive football and will be much more successful.

He was basically saying we are handicapping ourselves playing so defensively.
