I agree with you, iran has been destroyed by IR and US sanctions, but things can always get worse. Iran is a functioning country with ok Healthcare, cheap fuel/energy, subsidized food, pharmaceuticals and good infrastructure. Something Iraq, Syria, Pakistan, Afghanistan don't have. I'm not justifying IR, THEY ARE TERRIBLE, but things can get worse.


I want change, and things should change and will change, but in my opinion war is not the solution. It will take 10,20,30y to rebuild a country after a full War. Change will happen through continued protests and people pushing for change within Iran.

I don't live in Iran either, but I was there very recently in December. By how you talk, I assume you haven't been to Iran in 10y+ and you also don't have a plan to go in the future, hence your outdated opinion of Iran.
