T shirts are no problem, I think flags will be enforced.
I remember Iran vs Mexico in Oakland , as I recall both shiro khorshid and Allah flag was allowed.
And funny thing was there was guys outside of stadium exchanging shiro khorshid flags with Allah flags.that game it was not enforced. But at the world cup imo will be enforced.they might just ban all flags entering the stadium.
