In the interview Taremi just said we had 10 players who were afraid to take a penalty. He said he knows how to take a penalty, these guys shouldn’t be afraid to step up. Taremi was supposed to take the penalty but unilaterally decided to force other players take it without asking Ghalenoei or the coaching staff. Milad probably didn't even know he was gonna be up until the final moment and only went up due to peer pressure. When it comes to penalties your best 5 ALWAYS TAKE IT.
