if you are not part of the solution, please do not be part of the problem either.
They have no responsibility to post anything. As great as it would be.

"If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor"

Its mentality like this that allows unjustice to remain.

We all have the responsibility to post in these times, especially people whit more social power like our footballers.

The only 4 players in TM with enough power to say something and get away with it are Taremi, Azmoun, Jahanbakhsh, and Beiranvand. For the rest of them it's not just a simple "social post", it's their families and careers too. A lot of football players got summoned by IRGC and threatened the last time around. A few like Voria Ghafouri and Kaveh Rezaei got jailed if you remember. Azadani got given a death sentence. Some of them like Reza Shekari got suspended for the season. I remember even Beiranvand with his "status" was being questioned for his statement by the police for a few days and he was the most popular domestic player with his Persepolis clout.

That's not even mentioning all the other cases like Parviz, Karimi, etc.

Azmoun nearly got banned from TM for having the clearest protest stance if it wasn't for CQ threatening to quit and leave if IFF forced him to drop Azmoun.

It's easy for us to say this outside of Iran when it really is just a "basic" social media post and retweet. For them the consequences are much higher.

Would you drop everything including your career and potentially your life for a social media post?

So the badbakht people on the streets is not risking it all you mean?

These footballers have millions in their accounts.

I never said it is a easy thing to do, but imo there is things in life more important than football.

Yes Sardar got heat on him before and he still did it now again, damesh garm.

Been playing well & banging em in quite regularly in league or vs tokhmy opponents ..!
but in UCL action been largely riding the bench & avg+ performing off the bench ..! His form & fitness seems to ve gradually improving..!

coach seems hell bent on a one striker formation and it’s a tall order for him to unseat El kaabi whos been in a blistering form ..!

Of course, he has responsibility. It is called Celebrity Social Responsibility, just like corporations have Corporate Social Responsibility. As a public figure, you are in a position to speak for people who can't speak. You can't expect to be a celebrity yet not have any responsibility toward the people who put you up in a pedestal.

I do not care about myself, at least he can care 2 shit about his own fans who are getting oppressed.
                        IRI = FAILED

scored against Real Madrid. crushed it versus the Kazakhstani team but teammates couldn’t finish.
He’s been great. Roozan is hating.

well he was pretty dud and understandably outa sink with his teammates in the first few matches of their UCL campaign but he's been playing great football since, hence my Overall Avg plus with re-surging form rating..!

anyways with Ayube out in AFCON he needs to step up big now and carry the club on the scoring front .... not so sure he is living up to it quiet as well as he should so far..?
apparently they have a cup game now ...?? but i can't find a link to the game for the life of me ..?
