That’s crazy given that he’s only played in European competitions for like 5 years or so.

    Son has 19 goals and 5 assists (24 G/A)

He just needs 1 more assists or goal to be the Asian player with most contributions in UCL history.

Goal!! MT with the assist to Martins!

MT started a great run and a give and go with Martins and picked him out again in the box, great first touch and finish by Martins!

Big game for Ajax too, they have a slim chance of qualification to the knockout stage - should be a great match.

I know these days nobody wants to watch the league in Iran, and rightfuly so - how could you play in a country ruled by a regime that just massacared its own ppl and killed footballers - Even still I understand if you're a pro and that's how you make a living but if you have to play, don't celebrate whatsoever or even smile when the entire country is in mourning and facing an unstable future trying to normalize the situation - that type of behaviour ( seen by Jabari and a few others) is unforgivable.

MT on the other hand has taken a risk by posting on his IG about the situation and standing with the people and has shown solidarity, he is representing us on the biggest stage of world football yet again, so I'm proud of him and will continue to support him - wish him all the best in today's match.

Thank you for the clarification bro.

    Wow this is impressive!

Especially considering mehdi only started playing in Europe at the age of 27 and Son was already in the bundesliga at the age of 17/18 I believe.

If he plays few more games this year and few more next season he will over take Son Heung Min as the player with most games in champions league. He is also 5 goals short of taking Son Heung min as the top scorer.
