I watched the game. He's getting closer to his top form by getting more match time. He is slowly regaining his confidence. I mean if we look at his last 2 goals, a great header vs AEK and yesterady a beautiful shot. I dont remember when was last time he scored by header or when he last time took a shot. And he was subbed out becuase they got a red card and the coach took out Mehdi.Originally posted by ehsan_REAL1 View Post2-1 he got subbed off 75th minute. next game PSV in CL.
He is even taking over the star role from El Kaebi, as he once did with Marega at Porto. Especially now that El Kaebi is going to the African Championships and will be away for over a month.

Agreed, i just hope Azmoun will be fit in june after his injury, how lucky we will be in the WC depends on Azmoun and Taremi, whit this joke of a coach we have today its all set up for disaster.Originally posted by Essi View Post

I wasn’t a fan of his move to the Greek League. But if he’s able to regain his confidence and play freely, this will be excellent for us next year in the world cup.Originally posted by Essi View Post

thanks for highlights ...!!
missed that game.... that 2nd goal was all him topped off with an excellent finish... and played a big role in 1st goal too with the flick-on to kickstart the counter..!!

the overall game didnt look of an inferior quality either, like those i recall from ansarifard's days..!!
he is slowly but surely gaining fitness and form ...!! if his fitness remains in check no doubt he will play the most impactful and leading role for TM at WC yet again for the 3rd time in a row..!!

Nice back-and-forth play between him and the other player (forgot who it was), and a nice finish, good enough to beat the keeper.
Lol I love how often he tries bicycle kicks. Even though most are off target, Good for him for having that confidence getting into dangerous positions and involved in dangerous plays constantly.
Hopefully he's actually regaining his fitness, sharpness and confidence like many of us are hoping for. We'll see in a few months time at the World Cup.
