One question people. Don't you think we should reposition Taremi and play him as a defensive midfielder and use other capable strikers up front instead? Because we all know that Mehdi is not a striker anymore.

yea, in a more advanced striker position, him and mohebi have been getting in the way of other way too much of late in TM games... he just doesnt have the physicality and pace he used to have anymore but he is still a dominant and effective presence in MF/attacking front .... i think a switch to a false9 / LCM would do TM a world of good .... especially stabilizing our vastly weak n defensively soft left side and still have an attacking teeth on the counters..!
sorta play the old HajSafi role but bit more attacking and advanced ..!!?

He has blacklisted Allahyar for some reason, so don't expect Allahyar to be in the squad for the next 1-2 years if GN is coach. Not sure what his problem with him is.

For ppl who still to this day are oblivious to TM weakness , I just recommend you watch the 2 nd half Iran vs Jordan in the Jordan tournament, the 1st we dominated, but the 2nd half Jordan should have score 5 goals , the game should have ended 5-3 Jordan , we were totally humbled all the second half here is the highlights of the whole game ;

just you see when teams play with speed and pace and direct one on one with our aging defensive players they get beat every single time and the commit a lot of fouls …

I think if we lose this match against them, it's probably skill. If there was a grand conspiracy going on the players would leak something like that. Lots of people on TM Twitter have connections with the TM locker room and it's how things usually gets leaked to the media.

You are not wrong and I wouldnt be surprised to see if some of the stadiums cite "official flag only" laws. However whereas in Qatar every fan would be screened for stuff heavily, the cops in the US will not care enough to distinguish Shir o khorshid vs WLF vs chants.

As for GN staying. Its annoying to those to a higher mind because instead of GN coming up with something to make himself seem smart, he will do exactly what is expected. Thats why IR likes him.

Honestly I dont Think that is enough evidence. GN is probably staying regardless of a loss, win or draw. They dont have any reason to fire him. And if we lose, he Will just say its because of injuries and so on.

By the Way We have alot of injuries and we are playing against a team with everything to play for. There doesnt need to be corruption for us to lose or draw. Qatar are actually favourites according to all bookmakers around the world. So I dont Think a draw or lose is evidence to any kind of corruption
