SADEG MUST GET CALL UP, RB IS OUR WEAKEST LINK, don't matter if he play 2 match with his club
Jb had no team for half the season WE NEED TO SEE WHAT HAS TO OFFER EVEN AS SUB FOR 10 MINUTES. SADEG IS TM BREAD AND BUTTER FOR WC must get called up
Before I say anything, I want to make it clear that Moharrami is always number 1 starter, way more talented than Hardani. With that said, honestly can't agree with this. Almost all the goals we concede are from the left side of the pitch. Hardani has been doing just fine. Milad on the other hand...if you watch compilation of Iran goals conceded from 2023-2025...I'm warning you prepare to cringe.

Don't believe me? Watch Milad's defensive masterpiece just from the last game of TM, watch from 1:05 to 1:18

MY FAVORITE moment of his world cup qualifiers is when Milad saw Joel Kojo in the box and just stood there watching him score, while AZMOUN, our striker, is the one defending more passionately:

Only koushki and esmali deserve to be called up from esteghlal everyone else has been disappointing this whole season , hardani has been disappointing also …. Not a single defender from estheghal should be called up …

Milad is horrible too but our right side is horrendous. Teams attack from right with ease
And get it to the left side .

Hardani shoja. Milad no business starting for tm.
        Our defense is horrible.
And beside the hc is clueless we need to start holding players responsible as well.

        Sadeg. Aghasi. Zare naderi
        Are my choice

Ghodos when he was great didn't get playing time. He has aged fast and no longer should start.
Funny like sardar he is in better shape in uae than europe.

We should continue playing 4-4-2 because our greatest strength is still our striker duo and winger depth. Many people forget 4-4-2 is supposed to be a defensive formation with focus on countering through the wings/crosses. Ghalenoei forgot about the defensive part though. He has our fullbacks push up so aggressively that we essentially play 2-2-6 so we get served like sholezard.
I get that but my thinking is that we look so dire on defensive transition that loading up a 5 man midfield will bandage our weaknesses that GN clearly has no interest in fixing.

Ghoddos-Ezatolahi give ball retention but are not exactly the best athletes. If they get the ball in between the lines at least a 3rd CB like Hosseini who has CDM experience can step up.

The 3 in front of them (Gholi/Hosseinnejad/Mohebbi can do the bulk of the running) while still technically dangerous enough to make the defense choose between guarding them and our forwards.

The wingbacks in this system are basically ball carriers and width

Jalali and Hardani can do it as long as Hardani doesnt do what you suggest as a 2-2-6 RWB.

Of course this all relies on our players having the IQ and patterns of play down. Iranian football isnt exactly formation fluid.

4-4-2 is ok but team is aging and our CMs are not exactly Nekounam/Ando or Bagheri level. There are major gaps in the middle and our LB/Rab get caught out too much

Regarding right back, that Arash Motaraghebjafarpour guy from Kalmar is a starter and his team are one of the favourites to get promoted to the swedish top flight (they Got relagated from there last season)

He is 22, and if he starts playing week in week out in the best swedish division, for a team that isnt at the bottom at the table, then who knows. The swedish League is probably better than the Persian and a lot more proffesional. A good season or two Can also get him a transfer abroad.

I Think he is one to keep an eye on in the future. Normally I wont Care about the second best division unless its in on the better european countries, but since we dont Big depth at right back, and there is a Big chance that he is playing in the best swedish League next season, then I believe he could be someone to keep an eye on. And he Will probably never be good enough for the Swedish national team, so he have a chance at convincing him, if he is good enough.
Sadegh is always injured and I have no idea how Andarz career is going to shape in Spain

Arash indeed is a baller, he's super talented and physical at RB. Should already be invited to TM with his stats and talent. We have had quite a few RB kids pop up there recently like Barajeh and Zamani.

Regarding Andarz: he's been starting for Leganes U19. Obviously though we all want him in the senior team

Regarding left back though...we're cooked. Always one of the weakest position in TM. Milad, Noorafkan, Jalali.. all disappointing. We have Reyvandi who is going back to CSKA from Croatia in 2 weeks so we will have to see what happens to him.

torabi boycott tm for unfair players selection.
instead mamad hossin sadegi havadar was invited.

Football wise one of our best players. Shame he won’t play.
GN has basically burned bridges with most Persepolis players.

                                he can play
behind the forwards creating ,since wingers have traffic.
but since wingers always have traffic he never got a chance.
