He’s not a complete forward. He has a lot of things missing from his overall game. After all he left Russia at 27 and went to UAE at 29. What else can we expect?
what are the alternatives?
Moghanlou, Alipour, 34 years old Taremi, Saharkhizan who has been désappointement in eses this year?
yes what you say is kind of true, he stayed too long in Russia and failed in europe( all that IMO due to bad advisors, as he wasn’t ready for big clubs yet!) but in level of finishing he is by far our best choice and Taremi is way behind!
and btw, he shouldn’t take penalty he is awful on this lol

In all honesty, my hottest take is that Sardar is the most naturally talented player in Iranian history. Unfortunately his work ethic didn't match that. Otherwise he would've been a top 10 world striker. Even now, he'll be able to pop off during the world cup if he hits some luck, we need to hope he does for our team's sake.

It's because he's koon goshad. He's really lazy at pressing and defensive efforts.Originally posted by fary-jupiter View PostSardar is by far our best striker, dont get why people hate on him. In fact hes our only hope for this World Cup. Taremi has become to slow.
He also has poor stamina. Consistently runs out of gas around 55 minute mark and moves like a zombie.

Occasionally he gets pissed off after someone tackles him really hard and you see him actually lock in, his speed is super scary. I like to think he plays at a consistent 60% unless there is a situation that demands moreOriginally posted by The View Post

This is unfortunate I hope it is not this serious, but this is exactly the Same scenario that happened 9 months before the Qatar World Cup in 2022 that Sardar got injured and he tried to get ready for Qatar , CQ included in the squad but he was horrible absolutely horrible…Originally posted by Iran_19 View PostRumors are he will be out 5 to 6 months!
the sensible thing would be for GN to stop playing games and invite real players not this ozgal Mohanglou,,,,,
and for Sardar he already been part of 2 World Cup team maybe time he retire same with Jahanbakash been part of 3 World Cup team maybe, did not do a single thing his time to retire as well …
with Sardar saying this I mean ,
I mean we going to be a comedy at WC 26 , if this happens

Thats what happens when you dont take your fitness seriously as a pro ..!
u get injured & busted easily & frequently & far more quickly played out ..!
this was his last chance to finally live up to his billing for TM on big stage & it looks like its headed for another fail attempt…even if that ..!?
