Let’s add how trash Correa was too…
truth is, he’s the third best they have. Clearly they want better than him riding the bench.
Fine, it’s purely in Mehdi’s hands to leave on a high note. He’s a true professional and deserves everything he’s built for himself.
Many would have been to scared to leave their comfort zone. He tried his best. I wish him all the best.
He was given chances many times, failed to deliver and is now a squad player.
Arna is better than them both and has proved himself both Seria A and EPL previously.

Thuram is unlikely to be back for the first leg, Aurnatovic played 90 minutes yesterday and Correa isn't in the UCL squad. I'm pretty sure Mehdi will start the match and I really hope he plays a lot better than he has been recently.چو ایران نباشد تن من مباد

His playing time was the only positive of his season but contrary to Azmoun at Roma we couldn't even use it as an excuse for his poor season. With his records in Porto and even WC, I didn't expect such a bad season. Even scoring a non pk goal or a damn tap in until the end of season against a bottom italian league seems out of reach.

Serie A too defensive and physical for Iranian forwards whose bodies are made out of paper, should just keep it to Portugal and hope we get picked up by some French/low tier Spanish team if they're super talented.
Even probably our most physical player Mohebi can only play exactly 3 games in Russia before tearing his hamstring straight from the tendon and needing ACL reconstruction

From what I hear from Inter fans, the club owners are cheap when it comes to off-season budgets, so there is a possibility they will keep the same team.
Yes, the goal is to win some silverware, but finishing Top 2-3 in every tournament is not a bad result.IRI = FAILED
