Both Sardar and Taremi with bad stints in Serie A. Both their performances were mediocre but one could also think what if they didn’t have crappy coaches.

That in it self is the problem. So much pressure on taremi, with a lot of things not going right.

Lautaro doesn't have that pressure so he can do whatever he wants.

Exactly. The difference is that Thurman and Martinez have crazy games on a regular basis where they score and assist like it’s nothing. Taremi unfortunately can’t do that and we have to celebrate how many corners he won or how many times he touched the ball in opponent box

Taremi is a class player and one of the absolute best in Asia right now no doubt, however he simply cannot REGULARLY play in a world class team. It’s not that complicated. He can still go back to a decent team in Europe and be a focal part of their attack.

btw, this doesn’t change if next game he scores a goal. I can already imagine this page being flooded with “you see that!? Keep doubting him! He has been ready all along!” If he scores 4 games from now.

taremi at Porto was the perfect match

Different game, same thing. Dimarco going for a golazo instead trying to feed Taremi. His teammates don’t look for him. When he does a nice job setting up his teammate (Martinez) he screws it up.

Overall, he didn’t have a bad game. Inter continue to not play aesthetically pleasing football.
