Not only Beiro but Niazmand, Akhbari, even Hosseini are much better keeper than him!
In 2014 when Rahmsti was dropped the gap between him and the rest were HUGE!

Agreed however, Haghighi performed excellently at the WC and his performance cannot be compared to the awful display from Hosseini at the WC.

Up there with one of the best solo performances from a TM player I have ever seen.

Rahmati had a few as well in his peak but I forget which ones. Talking of Rahmati what a strange goalkeeper. He went from being poor to Asia's best and then messed up with the TM saga. Strange

Haha that was such a great result. Btw, that Ando assist inspires my line-up vs Japan/Korea:

I want pin point Saman at Brentford style crosses to Ghaedi and Gholi from Saman during counter attacks where he has the protection of Shoja and Hajsafi. Him and Ehsan swapping positions, and combining are key for that game.

Yep. Overall he played a subpar game. He has gotten sloppy as of late. He should've gotten a red against HK which he got lucky on and today's PK foul was on him. Couple of his exists on crosses were definitely WTF moments.

I agree. Overall bad performance by him. I am just glad to see Iran through. However too many injured and now Taremi will be missing too.

overall a poor game by him.... but he did save an all important PK which clinched the game..!! and was accurate passing outa back with ball at his feet..!

After this tournament Beiro is totally out for me. I don’t care if it’s Hosseini or Niazmand but one of them 1000% needs to take over and it’s not even debatable anymore. His mishaps and areas of his game he clearly refuses to work on is unjustified
