CQ was hired to get us to WC R16. He even got a free pass for WC22 to do it. He was given 3 chances and still messed up. No improvement.

All the things you mention are worth 0, as he failed to acomplish the two most important things( WC R16 & AC-title).

Unfortunately its not that straightforward in Iran. Cq didng arrive to a team that was ready to go to r16, he had to spend years fixing grassroots problems
