Great.. we beat Angoola and Japan beats Germany. Anyone in Asia is capable of challenging Japan? No way.

Japan is in a different league to rest of AFC teams.

In Football anything can happen, there could be upsets. However, the sad thing is that teams on a good day who could tie with Japan, such as Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Iraq or Australia are all good in penalties shoot out and could eliminate the Blue Samurai, but Team Melli mostly fails in p.s.o so stands no chance to any of Asia's top teams. If TM faces Blue Samurai, I won't be surprised that Japan would win big just like 2019 Asia Cup.

I agree. However I must add that Angola came unprepared. I won't be surprised that FFIRI arranged a charter flight for them. There were no reports about their flights departing Luanda or arrival into Tehran, I won't be surprised that they just arrived few hours before the match.

Out of their 31 players squad that was called up for Madagascar game, only 18 came to Iran. Majority of them were young players and some with few caps.

UAE success = Paulo Bento, otherwise UAE were never a threat to Team Melli, their only win was in a meaningless friendly. Team Melli several times hammered them 3-0 in official matches.

The same Costa Rica that destroyed Saudi by 3 goals. Different formation but pretty much all same players. 1 changes i think.

Again it shows that UAE is not weak. We should prepare for that game instead of playing this angola WA team that cost us $200k!

Whether people like it or not we have to play arab teams for preps for UAE game. We will be playing Jordan and Iraq/Qatar in oct.

For SK we should've played east asian team. Which we failed.
