I think so as well, IMO Taremi is the complete package since the last 2-3 years when he went to Portugal. Putting him behind Azmoun would stay an attacking threat while contributing more defensively. Saman is better suited more in the back where he can cleanly distribute and help in possesion. We already have very good attack, we just need to fix our midfieldOriginally posted by arj42 View Post
Not sure what I think about this but one thing it would solve is the 2 striker formation. We don’t want to have 2 strikers against top opponents leaving us exposed in back

True. You could also say that because if experience and age, it would make Taremi an even better CAM because of increased IQ. Also you could say that it would be perfect for the link up between Taremi and azmoun. He could be like Jude Bellingham at Real Madrid. Just hard to get behind having Taremi sit back instead of be the main striker.Originally posted by Pluto2000 View Post

Just thought it would be the best place to put Karimi. I wouldn't want to waste his playmaking skill and defensive IQ against top sides by not playing him. I see him as having a starting role and getting subbed out if he runs out of gas, and can be replaced with a defensive or attacking player depending on what we need.Originally posted by Pluto2000 View Post

Naturally if he fills that spot at DMF next to Eza, Ghoddos would be best placed at CAM to feed it through to Taremi and Azmoun

Replace Jahanbakhsh with the basij boy and you got a sexy squad.Originally posted by Hosseini View PostVS Korea, 4-2-3-1

That's a sexy squad. If Karimi ends up being too slow, sub him out for Nour or something who can run his ass off.
No way ARJ should start ahead of Torabi... Even Mehrdad Mo is better rn

1-0 win for kayserispor, Hosseini played 90 min snd AK started and got subbed out in the second half (as mentioned above scored a goal but got called off).
kayersispor are now tied for 4th place and just 2 points behind 3rd place which is a Europa league spot. Hope they keep it up, they’ve been great this year and I’ve enjoyed the games I’ve watched from them.Team Meli Iran
