Looks like our friendly with Chile might have been cancelled. Instead, an Egypt friendly has been confirmed with Ghana also being negotiated.

September - CAFA
October - Russia and [unannounced]
November - Egypt and Ghana*

That leaves us with 6+1 friendly slots in Spring 2026. Potential Turkey friendly in March was hyped up, but we gotta wait and see...it's IFF.
Overall though, not bad at all considering last time we only had 4 friendlies max going into the WC courtesy of Canada.
