Only main areas for replacement are:
-RB
-CB
-GK?

However, majority of our youth development until the world cup should be based around creating ENOUGH depth in every position. Our else we'll be too fragile.

I agree about Shoja & Rezaeian. Omid, Karim, and Hajsafi have been already removed.

Torabi/Gholizadeh/Ghaedi/Mohebi can start ahead of ARJ if need be.

I doubt any player will be good enough to supplant Ezatollahi by WC26. Plus, he always shows up in important matches.

We need depth in the striker position for sure, but similarly, no player is good enough to replace Azmoun or Taremi in 2 years.

Yes moharammi is the man in rb i still see ramin get call up to 26wc he is in great shape but a lot could happen in 2 years.

Pag and kanani could team up at cb..

I think since mohebi can play as rw and lw he will have spot locked up In 4 4 2

jb will start most matches if healthy since jb d is better than goli

GN simply doesn't think the young players are good enough, or at least not seasoned enough.
He won't say it directly (Jalali is saying it instead) - that the clubs should be getting young players ready, not TM.

People bring up Spain as an example - the difference there is Barca lets the young players play - by the time they've played half a season, they've already played several high pressure games!

Now look at Persepolis and Esteghlal - very rarely do they play good young players.
Ironically, Yahya now might end up being TM Omid head coach

We have plenty of young players that are seasoned and ready. Players who played in ACL against big clubs.

If GN is too much of coward to transition to a younger generation, then he should have not said that after the Asian cup he's going to incorporate younger players.

Either way, next international break we'll see if he a man of word or a fraud.

Four defensive midfielders....only one creative midfielder in Saman dadash we shouldn't even go to WC if call up roozbeh. At least lets hope Hosseinejad or some other box to box midfielder can take that role. Also GN will for sure take more than 3 forwards, minumum 5

Sounds like a bunch of lame excuses tbh if so. If good performance at club level is not worthwhile to him then the only thing worthwhile is age to him which means he's not gonna take anyone under 27 seriously. If only he had half the balls of CQ who gave 22 year old Majid Hosseini a chance against Spain. Say what you want about him but the guy at least wasn't a coward when it came to taking more risks
