Egypt is sort of a super amplified TM. Attacking pieces that can score out of nothing, but a defense that can't handle any sort of press.

For this game, it seems two things are happening:

1 - Saudi is really bad (as many fans here said, their focus on non Saudi players in the league will destroy their elite players)
2 - Egypt is being very efficient.

I wouldn't be surprised if Saudis fire Renard after this.

watched some of the game , Egypt attack is very dangerous, Saudi Arabia offense is nonexistent,,,

Egypt had 13 total shots and 8 shots on goal , 5 offsides , no yellows and only 40 % possession

Saudi 7 total shots , 0 shots on goal, 3 corners , 2 yellow cards and 60% possession…

egypt tactic played risk free football, did not do anything complicated, Saudi make a lot of mistakes in defense

you can clearly see the difference in quality and having European experience is extremely valuable

-the team was lacking in terms of speed a lot ,

-Nigeria was playing a friendly, Iran was playing just to catch up

-Nigeria had a 1 or 2 extra gears if they pushed they exposed

- 1st goal kanani got beat for pace and skill

-2nd goal the pass was too good, nemati really couldn’t do much either foul or let the guy score

- we need younger hungrier players in the midfield and attack, defense is so shaky,

-this defense against Belgium will concede 6 goals

- offensively we had zero game plan , so idk how we going to even score against anyone at the World Cup ,,
