Nothing in the past has ever come out of these things but hopefully this one is a little different being the European club signing the deal has an Iranian player who happens to be their most important one.

Good for him I guess. However how terrible of a signing for the club. Instead of finding and signing younger talents, they go after a 37 Tm year old player who hasn’t really impressed in the recent years. I don’t get Sepahan. There was a time that Sepahan was always the most and best managed club of the country for years. Whatever happened to that Sepahan and its team of fantastic managerial skills?

I’m glad you see it that way, I think looking where his career went from 2014 and on is really sad. Another player who had so much to give and washed up so quickly. Heyf....

Only if they are a product of the academy or they get to TM or become a legionnaire from Sepahan. Most of them go down hill once they leave:

Mohammad Karimi a 21 year old attacking midfielder bought from dasteh 1 started today. He was very impressive in his debut. He played with his head up and seemed to be an intelligent player unlike many in PGL. Also had a lot of self confidence. Made a bunch of one touch passes and

Ali Karimi left Sepahan to join Esteghlal??!!! I did not know that!

Well, to be honest, It's a good riddance. I think he was very overrated.
