It is obvious that Sepahans management are or have become unprofessional. Keep yourself at least away from Croatians and Serbs.
The interesting team with Stimac is that Sepahan played very beautifully in the midfield, even against Ittihad they had 60% possesion, but the problem was they only knew how to play in the midfield. Passing wise they might be the best team in Iran under Stimac, but they have no defensive plan and they don't go forward enough. Against Ittihad they had only 3 shots on target with 60%% possesion, unacceptable.

Sepahan and Zob Ahan and any good team in the world that has got a good defense and a good defensive midfielder, in other word, a good defensive half, play best with attacking formations like 4-3-3 or 3-4-3. Croatian so called coaches play with defensive 4-5-1 formations and the most attacking formation they use is 4-4-2. I heard one of Igor Stimac's assistants telling in English Hossein Fazeli, a left wing, to go inside the box with Luciano Periera. Croatian so called coaches ask their players to pass the ball around and go forward as a group and at the same time they play with one forward in their starting line up. This is their tactic in every single game and against all opponents. A 4-5-1 formation is only used in football when the coach knows for sure that his team in theory can hardly win a game against a strong opponent. It is used when a team like Sepahan play a European National team like the Netherlands.
There is another problem in Sepahan that should be taken care of. The Foolad Khuzestans Trio, Abdullah Karami, Luciano Periera, and Rasoul Navidkia are the second reason for such a disastrous season for Sepahan. Sepahan should, as a professional team, have these players out of their list for the next season.

^ Get Zlatco Kranjcar, another hopeless Croatian, go into more miseries, fire him and then get Igor Stimac back, and so on.

Who else better than Kranchar will come to Iran. Foolad Mobarekeh has no money with the price of steel going to where it is.

SS Khuz will be in deep shit if Veisi leaves them for Sepahan. Please keep in mind that they are very likely to get an ACL spot for 2017 and we all want Iranian clubs to perform well in Asia... They will more than likely become a punching bag if they lose their coach

If they cannot afford a good German or an English or a Brazilian or any good European coach then they should consider Mansour Ebrahimzadeh or another Iranian with potential. The problem is not only the money, it is the knowledge and experience of the management. Using a third party to find a coach is not a good idea in Iran because most of the so called agents are part of the Iranian football Mafia, or Dallal as Iranians call them.

This is a typical Iranian football Mafia. Someone reaches the management in Sepahan and introduces the coach of Esteghlal Khuzestan as a candidate to be their coach. Then Esteghlal Khuzestan start, like every single team in Iran that get a spot in ACL , to lose a player after the other and then fall apart in the next season.

Ebrahimzadeh is the best option right now TBH. I doubt Krancjar will come back to Iran right now and we cant risk hiring another foreign coach that has no experience coaching in our league.

I also agree, Ebrahimzadeh for me is the best choice as he is familiar with the league and more of a safe bet.

Veisi should try to be consistent with SS Khuzestan and see if he can actually prove people wrong by continuing his run next season in the league and ACL, only then he will be an adequate option for "bigger" teams

Ebrahimzadeh n'or any coach in the world could make miracles for Sepahan right now! What Sepahan needs is to wait until the end of the season, get rid of crapy and old players and get news signings!

Only then, there is a chance that a good coach can do something for Sepahan. Otherwise with these players, it's gonna be impossible!

                            Fans change future in Sepahan

Sorkh,I think it is obvious that you have something again croatian coaches in Sepahan, but you must know that Sepahan ln time Bonachic and Kranchar take three cup,one league cup and final asia cup,Ivankovich with national team last title take in history ,and now get up with Perspolis to Champion maybe, don't forgot before Blazevich,Poklepovich,so how many other coaches from germany was in Iran and what result take in Perspolis,Esteghlal,Saipa?????Brasilian coaches??????disaster....Start talking about this disaster management in the club ,technical committee(khorvash, javari, charhabi)they decide about player foreigner taking money from player and menager(small people ) without any background for that position .They like to put all big players from SEpahan outside because they scare of the name (Navidkia,Aghili,Khalatbari,Shahab Gordan)and bring no name players like tamini, not good players Gholami(where are they now)Y.Karimi, and have power on small players and young players who don't have power to change anything.Bring Saket back and then you will see new Sepahan!!!!!!!

For the first time, since Igor Stimac took over, Sepahan played with a functional line up in the last 15 minutes of their game against Naft Tehran and scored a goal to win the match.
